Who We Are
RentPro Management is composed of a team of property managers who average over 25 years of property management experience. We are licensed and insured to manage real estate in the state of Florida. Our property managers are familiar with Florida landlord-tenant law, maintenance and repairs and proper accounting procedures.
What Makes Us Different?
RentPro Management takes a proactive approach to property maintenance. Making sure the Air Conditioning is clean, roof is free from leaks, small cracks in foundations are filled before they get bigger, trees and vegetation are cut away from the property and many more services are provided. Our core belief is that affordable preventative maintenance can save thousands of dollars worth of repairs and structural replacements.

Paul Svilokos
Realtor and Business Owner
Born and raised in Long Island NY, Paul moved to Florida permanently in 1999 and has worked in the Real Estate industry since 1996. Mr. Svilokos has been involved in over $500 million in Real Estate sales transactions and overseen the leasing of over one thousand properties.
Beth Wild
Marketing Coordinator & Social Media Expert
Mrs. Wild grew up in Sarasota and has been involved in the marketing of Real Estate since 2002.
Veronica Scott
Maintenance Coordinator
Originally born in Chicago, Veronica joined the Marines where she was stationed on Paris Island. Mr. Scott worked as a paralegal for close to 30+ years before joining Rentpro Management in 2013.
Chris Corteville
Property Maintenance Supervisor
Chris was originally born in Michigan and moved to Florida in 2011. Chris retired from the sheriff's department in 2011 and became a professional maintenance supervisor.
